As part of our renewed Organisation Capability and Culture team, we’re seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to help drive our capability development initiatives. Located at our headquarters in Inglewood, this fixed-term, full-time position is available to the right candidate for twelve months.

The Role

You can expect to collaborate with our business managers and employees to implement a variety of learning programs. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with the HR team to develop capability frameworks and individual learning plans.
  • Support succession planning and career pathways that enhance employee experience and performance.
  • Utilise a variety of learning models to deliver engaging educational solutions.
  • Support safe and quality care for our customers and clients complying with regulatory requirements in developing our workforce
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including external consultants and services.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary degree and Certificate IV in training and assessment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing learning programs.
  • Strong knowledge of capability development frameworks grounded in evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with the aged care/disability industry and its reforms (desirable).
