Thanks to a recent roster refresh, our Residential aged care facilities located in the Central Suburbs, are currently offering opportunities for experienced Hotel Services team members. Applicants with experience in Kitchenhand & Cleaning should update their cover-letter and CV and outline their suitability to join the team.

The central region has five RAC sites, being: Onslow Gardens (Subiaco) / Birralee (Innaloo) / Inglewood and The Village and Redcliffe. We have a number of permanent part time and casual roles on offer.

We may be able to offer shifts on one site or a mix these sites depending on your availability and experience. 

As part of our Brightwater RAC team, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to actively promote choice, control and quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary and homely environment
  • Providing a quality meal experience for our clients
  • Ordering and maintaining cleaning and kitchen stock
  • Providing an efficient laundry service

Hotel Services team members uphold FoodSafe and other health codes and regulations by providing a high-quality service. 

To meet the demands of our Residents, suitable candidates should be available for shifts between Monday and Friday each week and be available to remain in their role for six months.  

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

  • A caring and positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a related setting
  • Flexibility to work when required
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
  • Evidence of up-to-date flu vaccination
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
