The Role:

As an Organisational Development Advisor, you will be working within our Organisational Culture and Capability team. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational development strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders and business leaders, to foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values and renewed strategic business goals.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and programs to drive cultural change and enhance workforce engagement.
• Implement and monitor cultural improvement initiatives based on organisational surveys.
• Manage and report data using Qualtrics to inform decision-making.
• Support leadership development aligned with our Leadership Capability Framework.
• Coach emerging leaders to achieve their development goals.
• Collaborate with teams to align learning and development initiatives with organisational strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external providers to achieve business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Behaviour Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources or Business (highly regarded)
• Previous experience with change initiatives, developing strategic and transformational projects.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, strong report writing skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CXM software.
• Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
