We are seeking a Scheduler to join our Brightwater At Home team on a Permanent full-time basis, commencing immediately.

Reporting to the Administration Service Lead, you will ensure all client services are provided in accordance with their package level and provide Community Support Workers and Domestic Assistants with their rosters. You will be highly motivated ensuring our clients remain at the forefront of everything we do. 

Our Schedulers work varying shifts for operational purposes. During your 3-month probationary period this role is based in the office, Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5pm.  After you have successfully completed your probation, you will rotate between shifts that are 6.30am – 2.30 pm and 9.00am – 5pm.  There will be on call shifts during the evenings and weekends (whilst working from home) on a rotational basis.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Scheduling Experience within a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines
  • Understanding and able to carry out instructions and direction effectively and efficiently
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
  • Knowledge of Carelink Plus software (desirable)
  • Previous experience in community based aged care industry (desirable)
  • WA Driver’s Licence (desirable)
