An exciting opportunity is available for experienced and motivated Multi Skilled Care Workers to join our residential aged care team on Night Shift at our Madeley facility.

Our Madeley site is a 110-bed residential aged care home providing both dementia-specific and non-dementia-specific care. As a Brightwater Multi Skilled Care Worker, you will play a valued role within our multidisciplinary team, supporting residents to maintain choice, independence, control, and quality of life.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable care workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality aged care services during overnight shifts.

Also, we have variety of weekday and weekend shifts are available, with contract hours negotiated based on operational requirements and candidate availability.

Night Shift Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must be available to work Night Shift from 10:00pm to 7:15am on:

• Sunday – Week 1
• Thursday – Week 2

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in aged care or a similar care environment
• A genuine passion for supporting older people
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Commitment to providing person-centred care

• Delivering quality care and support to our clients
• Ensuring the holistic needs of our clients are met in accordance with their Care Plan
• Contributing to site reporting, accreditation standards and legislative compliance by completing all documentation and reporting incidents

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• An empathetic, compassionate nature and a client-focused approach
• Experience working in dementia specific care will be viewed favourably
• The ability to prioritise your workload safely and efficiently
• A Certificate III in Aged Care (or progress towards), or significant experience in a related setting and a willingness to undertake training
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
