We’re currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team at Brightwater, The Cove, located in the heart of Dudley Park.

About The Cove:

Brightwater The Cove is a thoughtfully designed residential aged care service, offering 131 private rooms across seven individual houses. Each house features its own living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. Residents also enjoy access to beautifully landscaped courtyard gardens and gazebo areas, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Ideal Candidate: 

We’re looking for Registered Nurses who are available to work a minimum of two Night duty shifts per week and who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Available shifts are NIGHT DUTY 11:00pm - 07:15am

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Role:

This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.

To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver a strong clinical care service
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
  • Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
  • First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old and valid CPR)
  • A NDIS Worker Screening check
