We’re currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team at Brightwater Inglewood. The facility features 128 private rooms across two floors, organised into eight individual houses to create a warm, home-like environment for residents.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Brightwater, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in line with each resident’s individualised care plan, supporting them to maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life in a safe and welcoming environment. 

Available shifts

Position one

Morning shift every Tuesday, 7.00 am–3.15 pm, and afternoon shift every Thursday, 3.00 pm–10.00 pm.

Position two

Permanent night shift in week one on Wednesday, 9.45 pm–7.15 am, plus fixed-term night shifts from 9.45 pm–7.15 am on Thursday and Friday in week one, and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in week two. The fixed-term shifts conclude in June 2027.

About you

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)
• At least two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse; experience in dementia care is highly regarded
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality clinical care
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• The ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and supportive mentoring approach
• The ability to prioritise workloads safely and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on residents
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid Certificate
