The Opportunity

As a Senior Occupational Therapist within our Capacity Building Program, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting people living with disability to build skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes in their homes and communities.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about person-centred practice, clinical excellence, and mentoring others to deliver life-changing support for clients within the neuro space.

This role is being recruited on a permanent part-time basis working 2 days per week/ 30 hours per fortnight with flexibility in choosing working days/ hours and the opportunity to work hybrid between home and our clients in the community.

What you’ll bring  

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Significant experience working within disability, community or hospital rehabilitation settings
• Demonstrated experience managing complex caseloads and delivering person-centred therapy
• Strong knowledge of NDIS processes, capacity building supports and functional assessments or willingness to learn.
• Experience supervising and mentoring therapists
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A passion for empowering people living with disability to achieve their goals
• A Valid NDIS Clearance
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
• A current valid WA driver’s licence.
