The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Service Managers to lead our vibrant residential aged care sites across Perth’s central region. These permanent, full-time roles offer the chance to make a meaningful impact by ensuring high-quality care and operational excellence.

As a Service Manager, you will oversee clinical care, financial performance, staff leadership, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. You’ll work core business hours Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large, diverse team to deliver high-quality, client-centred care.
• Manage operational, financial, and human resources effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with accreditation and aged care reforms.

About You

• Previous experience as a Service Manager, with AHPRA registration (desirable).
• Strong commitment to safe, high-quality care and a client-focused approach.
• Sound knowledge of aged care accreditation, federal and state reforms, and quality improvement processes.
• Proven ability in managing budgets, recruitment, performance, and training, with a solid understanding of safety and employment legislation.
