This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our Inglewood site on a casual basis.

Whilst working as an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team. Together, we deliver high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and a meaningful quality of life for our residents.

The successful candidate will be working at our Brightwater Inglewood site; comprised of 128 private rooms across two floors that span across eight individual houses with an on site café.

Enrolled Nurses at Inglewood work across the seven days of the week with shift times of  7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm. To be considered for this role you must be available to work at least three days each week between these hours. The successful candidate for this role will be offered a casual contract.

Candidates will be considered for future similar vacancies.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with hygiene, grooming, and continence care
• Supporting nutrition, hydration, and medication administration
• Facilitating mobility and providing wound care
• Encouraging companionship and social engagement
• You will also take ownership of specialist clinical portfolios

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
• A minimum of two years experience in aged care, with dementia care experience viewed favourably
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Leadership qualities and the ability to guide colleagues with empathy
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• First Aid Certificate (within three years) and CPR Certificate (within one year)
