The Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work within a multidisciplinary team, including nursing, allied health, hotel services, and administration staff. You will contribute to high‑quality care that supports client choice, independence, and wellbeing.

What’s on Offer

Permanent part‑time opportunities:

A mix of AM (7:00am–2:00pm) and PM (4:00pm–9:00pm) shifts are available*. The ideal candidate is available to work a minimum 3x shifts per week.

Rosters include:

  • Week 1: Monday AM and PM, Tuesday AM and PM, Wednesday PM and Saturday PM
  • Week 2: Monday AM and PM, Tuesday PM, Wednesday PM, Thursday PM, Friday PM Saturday and Sunday PM.

About the Site

Located in Innaloo, Brightwater Birralee supports 30 permanent residents and 30 transition care clients with a range of care needs, including advanced dementia.

About You

You bring strong clinical skills and a commitment to person‑centred care, ensuring all client needs are met safely and respectfully. This includes support with hygiene, grooming, continence, nutrition, medication administration, mobility, wound care, and social engagement.

You may also manage specialist clinical portfolios such as continence, nutrition, wound care, falls, behaviours of concern, medication, pain, and infection control.

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Strong clinical capability
  • 2 years’ aged care experience (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead shifts with empathy and professionalism
  • Effective workload prioritisation
  • Valid National Police Clearance (<12 months old)
  • First Aid Certificate (<3 years old) and current CPR
  • Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
