To meet the demands of our business, we are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to work at our Joondalup and Madeley sites.

The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse at Brightwater, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team that includes nurses, allied health professionals, hotel services, and site administration. Together, we deliver high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and quality of life for our residents.

About the Site: Oxford Gardens Joondalup
Located near the scenic Lake Joondalup, Brightwater Oxford Gardens provides exceptional care for individuals with diverse needs, including advanced dementia and high care requirements. The site features 59 private rooms and 1 shared room, thoughtfully arranged across four individual houses to create a warm and supportive environment.

About the Site: Madeley

110 private rooms that span across six interlinking houses. Each house has an inviting and homely feel, with its own living room, kitchen and dining room. Gardens and gazebo areas surround each of the houses, providing plenty of spaces to relax outdoors.

To be successful you will possess the following attributes:

• Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Deliver a strong clinical care service.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach.
• Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients.
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
• First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old and valid CPR)
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
