We are seeking a reliable and experienced Hotel Services Team Member to join our teams at our Bentley and Balcatta sites. Brightwater Bentley is a community home for 12 adults with light support needs, while Brightwater Balcatta is a community home for 12 adults with complex disabilities.

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary and well-presented environment, delivering efficient laundry services, and providing meals and refreshments to clients.

This is a permanent part-time position offering 30 hours per fortnight. The successful candidate will work the following shifts:

• Thursday each week, 7 am–3 pm — Balcatta
• Friday each week, 8 am–4 pm — Bentley

To be considered for this role, you must be available to work both shifts each week and be willing to work at both locations. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts at either site.

Candidates may also be considered for similar future vacancies.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean, sanitary and homely environment
• Ordering and managing cleaning and kitchen supplies
• Providing an efficient laundry service

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A caring and positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a related setting
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
