We are seeking experienced, motivated and compassionate Multi Skilled Care Workers to join the residential aged care team at Brightwater Onslow Gardens in Subiaco on a casual basis.

Brightwater Onslow Gardens provides high-quality, person-centred care for residents with a range of needs, including dementia-specific care. In this role, you will work as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, supporting residents to maintain choice, independence, dignity and quality of life.

A variety of casual shifts is available across weekdays and weekends to meet the operational needs of the site. To be considered, you must be available to work across both weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents.
  • Support residents’ holistic needs in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Complete accurate documentation, report incidents and contribute to site reporting, accreditation requirements and legislative compliance.

About You:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
  • An empathetic and compassionate nature, supported by a person-centred approach to care.
  • Experience in dementia-specific care is highly regarded.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your workload safely and efficiently.
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, or current progress towards the qualification. Applicants with significant experience in a related setting and a willingness to undertake training may also be considered.
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check.
