We’re currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Brightwater Oxford Gardens in Joondalup.

Located near scenic Lake Joondalup, Brightwater Oxford Gardens provides exceptional care for people with diverse needs, including advanced dementia and high care requirements. The home features 59 private rooms and one shared room, arranged across four individual houses to create a warm, supportive environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have availability across AM, PM, and night duty (ND) shifts. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to assist with short-notice or urgent night shift coverage.

The Role:

This position forms part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating clinical care with and for Brightwater clients. You will deliver inclusive, person-centred care in line with individualised Care Plans, ensuring optimal service provision that promotes choice, independence and quality of life in a safe, home-like environment.

To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Provide a high standard of clinical care
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic, coaching-focused approach
  • Prioritise workload safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on clients
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)
  • Current First Aid Certificate (issued within the last 3 years) and CPR
  • A NDIS Worker Screening check
