This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and motivated Multi Skilled Care Workers to join our residential aged care team at Brightwater Redcliffe on either a casual or fixed-term basis.

Brightwater Redcliffe is a 50-bed facility that provides high-quality care for clients with medium-level needs.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, Multi Skilled Care Workers actively promote choice, control and quality of life for our clients.

A part-time, fixed-term role is available, working 23.25 hours per fortnight through to 31 December 2026. To be considered for this role, you must be available to work every Tuesday from 7.00am to 3.15pm and alternate Thursdays from 7.00am to 3.15pm.

We are also seeking additional casual carers. To be considered for a casual role, you must be available to work at least three days per week. Preference will be given to candidates who are available on weekdays and across multiple shift types, including mornings, afternoons and nights.

Candidates may also be considered for future similar vacancies.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver quality care and support to our clients
• Ensure the holistic needs of our clients are met in accordance with their Care Plans
• Contribute to site reporting, accreditation standards and legislative compliance by completing documentation and reporting incidents
  
  

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• An empathetic, compassionate nature and a client-focused approach
• The ability to prioritise your workload safely and efficiently
• A Certificate III in Aged Care, progress towards this qualification, or significant experience in a related care setting with a willingness to undertake training
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
