Due to continued growth and planned leave we are looking for an additional Rostering Officer to join our Centralised Rostering Service. Become a vital team member that ensures the rostering of quality care staff that meet our resident needs. Reporting to the Rostering Team Lead, this position works collaboratively as part of a team of Rostering Officers to ensure rosters are cost effective and within budget, are compliant with employment agreements and staff contracts, and meet operational workforce requirements to deliver safe and quality care to clients.
This position is part of the Centralised Rostering Service, located at Brightwater Central in Inglewood and will provide rostering support to Residential Aged Care sites. This is a part-time position guaranteeing a minimum of 45 hours rostered each fortnight and the ideal candidate must be available to work a flexible roster with a combination of shifts allocated each fortnight including:
Rostered hours may include weekend and public holiday shifts, which are paid with the appropriate loadings. All rosters will be provided 2 weeks in advance and there is also the opportunity to pick up additional shifts to cover ad hoc leave.
