Working closely with the General Manager Safety, Quality and Policy, you will support the development of meaningful reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI, Excel and SQL. You will prepare internal and external reports, contribute to audits, assessments and accreditation processes, assist in maintaining Brightwater’s Quality Management System, and coordinate organisation-wide document governance.
About You
You have proven experience with document management and quality management systems, paired with strong data management, reporting and analytical skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—you bring excellent attention to detail and the ability to present complex information clearly. Experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
You’re an effective communicator who can work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast‑paced environments. Your collaborative, optimistic and solutions-focused mindset enables you to work well within a dynamic team. You also bring sound knowledge of privacy legislation, particularly the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), along with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Understanding of aged care, NDIS or safety and health legislation is an advantage. A current WA C‑Class driver’s licence and a National Police Certificate (within 12 months) are required.
