We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team at our Brightwater Kingsley Transitional Care Program (TCP) site, located north of the river.

About the Service

Brightwater Kingsley is a well-regarded Transitional Care Program (TCP) facility, providing short-term accommodation and clinical support for individuals transitioning from hospital to home or residential care.

Our focus is on delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes recovery, independence, and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.

The Opportunity

We are offering casual opportunities across a variety of shifts:

  • AM: 7:00am – 3:15pm
  • PM: 3:00pm – 10:15pm
  • Night Duty: 10:00pm – 7:15am

We are seeking nurses who are flexible and able to pick up shifts at short notice, contributing to a responsive and supportive clinical team.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, responsible for:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating clinical care
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care aligned to individual Care Plans
  • Promoting client choice, independence, and quality of life
  • Leading shifts with a supportive and mentoring approach

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Current Ahpra registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to lead, prioritise, and work effectively within a team
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and resident-focused approach

You will also require:

  • A current National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
  • First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certification
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
