We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team North of the river, at our Madeley facility.

Brightwater are seeking to fill vacant AM & PM shifts between Monday to Friday, our AM shift typically being 7am to 3.15pm and our PM shift typically between 3pm and 10.15pm

Please note, we are still exploring applications from those seeking casual employment.   Our preference is for those that can commit to a minimum of two days per week (excluding weekends) 

Madeley:

A 110-bed facility based in Madeley. Caters for clients with a range of different needs, including memory support needs.

We have a variety of shifts both AM, PM and Nights.

The Role

This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.

To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver a strong clinical care service
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
  • Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
  • First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check

A 61-bed facility based in Joondalup. Caters for clients with high care needs and memory support units.


Kingsley:

Our Kingsley site is a highly regarded Transitional Aged Care (TCP) facility, which provides short term accomdation for those leaving hospital.


Birralee:

A 60-bed facility based in Innaloo. Birralee is a suburban home for a group of 30 permanent residents and 30 transition care clients.
