For more than 120 years, Brightwater has been one of Australia's largest and most respected care providers, delivering exceptional care and support to older people and those living with disability. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our close-knit team at Brightwater Onslow Gardens in the heart of Subiaco.

Onslow Gardens is a unique residential aged care home featuring 58 private rooms and 2 shared rooms, thoughtfully designed across four individual houses to create a warm, welcoming, and home-like environment for our residents.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes choice, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care in partnership with residents, families, and colleagues. Your leadership and clinical expertise will contribute to a safe, inclusive, and home-like environment where residents can truly thrive.

About You

You are a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and leading by example.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated clinical experience and sound nursing judgement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • The ability to lead shifts confidently with a supportive and mentoring approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
  • A National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
  • A current First Aid Certificate with valid CPR
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
