Come join our fantastic Brightwater At Home nursing team as a Clinical Service Lead and make a real impact in in-home care! We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong focus on customer service to support and guide our clinical team.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our clinical practices and driving excellence.  This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis and will be based at Brightwater Central in Inglewood.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Qualified and suitably registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing safe, contemporary, and best-practice care with the ability to identify, analyse and consult on the best clinical care.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge with working experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience in identifying and responding to clinical risks, monitoring, and addressing clinical indicators and implementing continuous quality strategies to achieve safe, effective, and personalised care. SIRS and SAC
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role or leading a team.
  • Recent experience with the Aged Care Quality Standards including clinical governance will be highly regarded.
  • Working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health legislation; Aged Care Act (1997) and/or NDIS Disability Services Standards, Quality and Safeguarding principles.
  • Demonstrate ability to cope with fast-paced workload and managing complex care requirements.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to navigate and lead difficult conversations.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage time efficiently.
  • Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months
