The Opportunity

Reporting to the Program Manager of Capacity Building, you will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary Allied Health team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care across our services.

You’ll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, workforce coordination, and clinical leadership—ensuring services are flexible, outcomes-focused and aligned to client goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Allied Health service delivery to achieve high-quality client outcomes
  • Lead, support and develop a multidisciplinary team, including Allied Health professionals and Therapy Assistants
  • Manage workforce planning, rostering and resource allocation
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate referrals, admissions and funding utilisation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management activities
  • Drive a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies and documentation requirements
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement, audits and research initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders

 

What you’ll bring  

  • Relevant Allied Health qualification with AHPRA registration (or professional body membership where applicable)
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and managing teams, ideally in complex care environments
  • Strong understanding of funding models, service delivery and operational management
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management and staff development
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice

You will also need:

  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained in the last 12 months
  • A satisfactory NDIS clearance
  • Current ‘C’ Class Drivers License as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoTWA)
