This is a Part time position located South of the River, working with our clients in the community. You will have access to our new Brightwater Central facility in Inglewood or work from the comfort of your home. You will work with a mix of clients receiving either Home Care Package or Transitional Care Community package.

This flexible role allows you to manage your own schedule and work alongside a large multidisciplinary team of 80 across all specialisms!
About the Role:
The Dietitian provides specialised nutritional support to ensure clients’ dietetic needs are identified, assessed, and managed in line with best‑practice guidelines and organisational policies.
This role is responsible for responding to referrals, conducting clinical assessments, and developing individualised dietary care plans based on clients’ nutritional requirements, dietary restrictions, and health conditions. The Dietitian also offers guidance to staff, clients, and their representatives on nutrition principles, dietary plans, and required modifications to optimise client health and wellbeing.
