The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our state-of-the-art 128‑bed residential aged care site in Inglewood.
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for operational performance across clinical care, financial management, staff leadership and recruitment, and ensuring ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday (75 hours per fortnight), leading a large and diverse team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in line with Brightwater’s Mission and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
