We are seeking candidates with a minimum of one year’s aged care experience.

The Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Brightwater, you will work within a collaborative multi‑disciplinary team comprising nursing, allied health, hotel services and administration staff. Together, you will deliver high‑quality care that promotes choice, independence and quality of life for our residents.

The Inglewood Site

Our Inglewood facility features 128 private rooms across two contemporary floors, designed as eight homelike houses. Each house includes welcoming living spaces, landscaped outdoor areas, and access to state‑of‑the‑art amenities.

About You

You bring the skills, knowledge and compassion required to ensure all clinical and personal care needs are delivered safely, respectfully, and in alignment with each client’s individual values and preferences.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Hygiene and personal grooming
  • Continence support
  • Nutrition, hydration and medication administration
  • Mobility support
  • Wound care
  • Social connection and companionship

You may also take on specialist clinical portfolios such as continence, nutrition/weight management, wound care, falls prevention, behaviours of concern, medication management, pain management and infection control.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to quality care
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to lead shifts with empathy, professionalism and a mentoring approach
  • Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • A National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)
  • A valid First Aid Certificate (issued within 3 years) and current CPR
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
