We’re currently seeking experienced PM Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team at Brightwater Oxford Gardens, located in Joondalup.

About the Site
Located near the scenic Lake Joondalup, Brightwater Oxford Gardens provides exceptional care for individuals with diverse needs, including advanced dementia and high care requirements. The site features 59 private rooms and 1 shared room, thoughtfully arranged across four individual houses to create a warm and supportive environment.

Ideal Candidate: 

We’re looking for experienced Registered Nurses who are available to work all required PM shifts.

PM shifts:

Week 1:  Monday 15:00pm – 21:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 15:00pm – 22:15pm.

Week 2: Monday 15:00pm – 22:15pm and Tuesday 15:00pm – 21:00pm

The Role:

This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.

To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver a strong clinical care service
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
  • Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
  • First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old and valid CPR)
  • A NDIS Worker Screening check
