About Onslow Gardens

Brightwater Onslow Gardens features 58 private rooms and 2 shared rooms across four individual houses. Each house offers a warm, homely atmosphere with its own living room, kitchen, and dining area—designed to provide comfort and familiarity for our residents.

What’s on Offer

• Fixed-term parental leave contract until 30 March 2026, with potential for extension.
• Roster includes:
• Week 1: Thursday AM (7:00am – 3:15pm) & Friday PM (3:00pm – 11:15pm)
• Week 2: Thursday AM (7:00am – 3:15pm)

About the Role

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care in line with individualised Care Plans.
• Deliver inclusive, person-centred care that promotes choice, independence, and quality of life.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for our clients.

What You’ll Need

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Strong clinical care capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership qualities with an empathetic and mentoring approach
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively and safely
• National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old) and NDIS
• First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) and CPR less than 12 months old.
