Brightwater is seeking a Sales and Engagement Officer to join our Home Care team on a fulltime basis.

 

The Home Care Sales and Engagement Officer supports Brightwater’s growth strategy by generating and converting new client opportunities.

This role involves proactively and professionally engages with referrers, clients and other key stakeholders, e.g. families, guardians, service coordinators, Department of Health, hospitals and other government/governing agencies to:

  • build referral networks and create demand
  • guide prospective clients and families through both funded and private onboarding pathways
  • contribute to stronger community trust, sustainable growth and uphold Brightwater’s reputation for ethical and client-centred care.

 

You will be based in Brightwater Central in Inglewood but will also require travel out into the community to engage with clients, families, carers and referrers.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing or customer acquisition role within aged care, home care, healthcare, community services, or a similar values-driven service industry.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of aged care programs and funding streams, including but not limited to; IHP, Home Care Packages (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Transition Care and upcoming Support at Home reforms.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales or client acquisition targets within a service-based industry.
  • Experience managing a sales or customer pipeline, including generating leads, managing enquiries and converting prospects into clients.

 

You will also possess:

  • Valid driver’s licence to drive in Western Australia, as defined by the WA Department of Transport (DoT).
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate (obtained within the last 12 months).
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
