We are currently looking for energetic Schedulers who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Administration Service Lead, you act as the first point of contact for all Brightwater at Home clients and employees providing exceptional customer service via different channels to resolve any issues and ensuring client care is delivered seamlessly.

We have 2 x permanent full-time positions available (part-time options will be considered) where you may be required to work varying shifts for operational services. During your 3-month probationary period this role is based in our head office located in Inglewood, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5pm and 8am – 4pm shifts.  

After you have successfully completed your probation, you will rotate through various shifts between 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday. There will be weekend shifts (whilst working from home) on a rotational basis.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience providing professional telephone support in a call centre or customer focused environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and able to assist with client enquiries via a range of channels
  • High problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines
  • Understanding and able to carry out instructions and direction effectively and efficiently
